Music is a daily part of my family's life in some form or other.
From baby and toddler music groups when the kids were small, piano lessons, and playing all kinds of music in our home, to watching daddy on stage belting out those loud rock notes.
When our public library hosted a drumming activity this summer my two monkeys and I grooved on down to bang on some drums.

The Hand, Hand, Fingers, Thumb children's book was one of our favourites.
In fact, we still quote it from time to time.
