Breakfast bowl challenge


I think I have mentioned before - I'm a morning person.  I love breakfast.  I enjoy taking the time to prepare  a bowl full of goodness. 

My coffee grinder.  Used for everything but coffee.





Mixed grain cereal, flax seeds, chia seeds and blueberries



Breakfast is the easiest way to get a good dose of fibre.  
I grind my flax seeds.  (If you don't they come out looking the same way they did going in and then you would miss out on all the goodness these little guys have to offer).
Make sure to drink lots of water when you eat flax seeds because they expand and absorb moisture.
It's important to keep everything moving - no stops along the way!

So everyone, it's a challenge!
