Life without coffee

It's been two weeks since my last cup of coffee!  I'm surprised I haven't caved yet, but the reasons far outweigh the want.

My overall digestion is better.
I don't feel jittery - after drinking too much coffee.
My bladder thanks me everyday.

Drinking herbal tea makes me feel peaceful.  It quiets my mind.  It's meant to be sipped while thinking good thoughts.

Plus,  I enjoy reading the positive messages I receive with each new tea bag!

So far,  my favourites are rooibos, chamomile, chai, dandelion root and lemon/moringa
